* Responsible for facilitating the needs of the international patients and their family members in both call centre and customer service area.
* Maintaining databases
* Resolve customers’ problems or complaints, maintain good relationship with our internal and external customers
* Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

The Requirements
• Diploma in Nursing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player with pleasant disposition
• Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Previous administrative experience is an advantage
• Must be able to start work immediately


Working location: West area
Working hours: 8am-5pm or 830am - 530pm or 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm (on rotation)
